Rob Fellows is a board member at the Rockland Center for the Arts and is a member of the Tappan Zee Bridge Visual Quality Panel. On August 27, 2014 he attended The New NY Bridge Art Show, which consists of 87 exhibits by 56 artists from Rockland and Westchester counties.
These different works of art are in multiple mediums, including; photographs, oil paintings, wood cuts, watercolors, and paper and glass sculptures. The subject of each piece is the old and new Tappan Zee Bridge. Artists have been inspired by the monumental structure and it is depicted as a landscape in a variety of weather conditions and under construction.
These interesting creations are on display at the project’s outreach centers in Nyack and Tarrytown until the end of October.
