What You Can Do:
Consumers are urged to stop using these products right away. Consumers should also contact Siemens to schedule the installation of a free replacement sensor if they believe that their building may be using one of these devices at (800) 516-9964 or http://w3.usa.siemens.com/buildingtechnologies .
Although Siemens is trying to contact all the purchasers of these defective sensors individually, it is still a good idea for consumers to double check that these devices aren’t being used in their vicinity.
