Robert L. Fellows, Esq., will be one of The Rockland Center for the Arts honorees at its Annual Gala on Nov 6 at the Paramount Country Club in New City. ROCA is the largest multi-disciplunary Art Center in New York outside of New York City and was founded 65 years ago by Helen Hayes, Burgess Meredith, Kurt Weil and other luminaries. Robert Fellows serves as President on the The Rockland Center for the Arts Board of Directors.
