On June 23, 2018, Fellows Hymowitz Rice attorney Dan Solinsky gave a lecture to other attorneys in Midtown Manhattan.
The lecture was entitled Topics in Ethics 2018 and each of the attendees received credit toward their professional Continuing Legal Education. Dan lectured the attorneys on Intra-Firm Attorney Client Privileges, Waiver of Attorney Client Privileges and Former Client Conflicts.
Dan typically lectures other lawyers four times annually for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
