Joanne concentrates her practice on negligence, personal injuries, construction accidents, and medical malpractice law. An experienced injury lawyer, Joanne has been associated with Fellows Hymowitz & Epstein since 1998. She conducts much of the research involved in the firm’s cases, writing briefs in connection with motions and appeals. Joanne analyzes issues of law to enhance the value of a case. Joanne appears frequently in court, at depositions and argues appeals.
Personal Attention
Asked what drew her to the practice of personal injury law, Joanne says, “It is the personal aspect of this area that attracts me. I am dealing with events and issues that affect people’s day-to-day lives. They have had an accident or there has been an event that has a serious impact on their lives. In some cases, they may need medical treatment and household help for years. My work enables me to get involved in helping them to redress those injuries and get the help they need.”
